Friday 17th November - Twilight Competition - Davies Reserve

Saturday 18th November - SMR Region Relays Carnival - Duncan Mackinnon Reserve, Murumbeena

Sunday 26th November - ITLAS Course - Dandenong LAC

Saturday 9th December - Xmas Breakup at OLAC

Saturday 16th December - LAVIC State Relays Championships - Lakeside Stadium

BREAK - 16th December 2023 to 12th January 2024

A number of special events are held throughout the season. These may be hosted by Oakleigh or other centres and include:

Throughout the season: carnivals/open days are fun days usually open to a region and certain age groups, U6-U8 or U9-U17 so watch the notice board.
Invitational – a meeting that brings two or three clubs together for the day. As a club, we usually go to Caulfield LAC invitational or Waverley LAC for their Waverley/Oakleigh/Springvale invitational around late October / early November.
November - State Multi-event (paid entry) will be on weekend mid-November held at Lakeside Stadium, the home of Little Athletics Victoria
November/December - this is relay season:
- Kicks off at Mentone LAC with a relay competition
- Southern Metro Region (SMR) relays will be held early December
December - Christmas party for our athletes and families before Christmas/Summer break
January/February - State Relay finals (for regional qualifiers) are held at Lakeside Stadium
February - Region Track & Field competitions (paid entry) held at various locations
March
- State Track & Field finals for regional qualifiers - venue TBC
- Oakleigh Little Athletics multi-event competition held for our own athletes only as a season wrap-up
April
- Oakleigh LAC AGM and presentation day
- Cross country season kicks off for the winter period

Some of these events may incur an extra, nominal fee at registration although invitationals are usually free of charge.
