A “programme” is the set of events in which athletes will participate during the course of a Saturday morning (or twilight meeting). For the most part, all age groups will do the same events with a few variations at the lower and upper age ranges (e.g. we don’t the little ones loose with javelins!) Our programmes are designed to run the events back-to-back with the minimum of delays. 

Programmes are developed based on athlete numbers, an aim to achieve an even 'spread' of field and track events, and within the limitations of our facilities.  Each week athletes will have the chance to compete in both track and field events.
